Delivery

• Delivery is free for orders with a total value above LYD 1,000.
• Estimated delivery time is between 1 and 3 days, depending on the city, product availability, and order confirmation.
• Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by circumstances outside our control. Our team will contact you if there is a significant delay.
• Please provide an accurate address and a reachable phone number. The customer may be responsible for additional delivery costs if an order must be resent because the supplied details were incorrect or the recipient was unavailable.

Custom PC Assembly Orders

• Custom PC assembly orders require a 50% deposit before assembly begins.
• The remaining 50% is payable when the completed build is received.
• Assembly begins only after the components, final specifications, and deposit have been confirmed.
• Changes requested after assembly has started may affect the final price and delivery time.

Store Pickup

You may place your order in advance and collect it from either of our branches:

• Zarkaa Alyamama 2 — Ghout Al Shaal.
• First Mall — Sports City.

Please wait for confirmation that your order is ready before visiting the selected branch.

Warranty

• All products are covered by the warranty policy applicable to the specific product and brand.
• The warranty period ranges from 1 to 5 years, depending on the manufacturer or brand policy.
• Warranty service requires proof of purchase and may require the product, its serial number, accessories, and original packaging for inspection.
• The warranty does not cover damage caused by electrical faults, voltage fluctuations, misuse, physical damage, liquid exposure, unauthorized repair, or failure to follow the manufacturer's instructions.
• We strongly recommend using a suitable voltage regulator or surge protector, especially with computers and sensitive electronic equipment.

Exchange and Return Requests

• Please contact us before returning any product so our team can review the request and provide the correct instructions.
• Eligibility depends on the product type, its condition, the reason for the request, and the applicable warranty and brand policy.
• The product should be returned with the purchase invoice, all accessories, manuals, warranty documents, and original packaging whenever applicable.
• Products showing misuse, physical damage, missing components, unauthorized modification, or electrical damage may not be eligible for exchange or return.
• Approved refunds are processed using the agreed method after the product has been inspected. Delivery or return-shipping costs are determined according to the reason for the return and the product's condition.
